Kristina started behind the bar at 20 in her home town of Channahon, Illinois.  Seeking more knowledge, she moved to Chicago and began working for the Chicago Cut Steak House LLC and managing the bar for one of their properties, The Local Chicago.

She then moved on to help put together and elevate a bar program for Fulton Market Kitchen in the west loop where she was selected as one of the “Chicago’s Best Bartenders” (Redeye/Chicago Tribune).

Currently, she manages the cocktail program at Pub Royale, one of the most awarded new restaurant/bars in the city.

Kristina is an alumni of the Cocktail Apprentice Program at Tales of the Cocktail.  She has served as a leader at the San Antonio Cocktail Conference and has sat on panels for Women in Whisky at Whiskyfest Chicago.
