CLINT ROGERS

A Texas native and long time veteran of the Chicago restaurant scene Clint has run beverage programs and or managed locales such as Nightwood, Graham Elliot, Henri, The Gage and The Dawson (for whom he still consults).

Clint‘s cocktails often emphasize kitchen techniques and showcase the collaboration between the bar and the back of the house.  Mr. Rogers is thrilled to join Alex Renshaw and Brian Sturgulewski as part of The Dogma Group’s hospitality consulting team.
